Outsourcia loses its managing director, Chloé Beauvallet, after two years
Is it a sign of intense tension in the outsourced customer experience market, or of a difference in vision between shareholders and management? Little is known about the reasons for Chloé Beauvallet’s departure from Outsourcia, a midsize player in the outsourced call center industry.
The former managing director of Foundever France had already held senior positions at major global call center players. In her eventual memoirs, she will be able to discuss the delicate task of running a mid-market player in the same industry when the company is owned by an investment fund, SPE Capital, while its founder is still around. And cash is tight. A seasoned customer experience executive (Canal+, BNP Paribas, FDJ, etc.), Chloé Beauvallet did not stay long with the outsourcers, unlike in her earlier roles. At Outsourcia, she held the position for a little over two years.

Thank you, Youssef Chraïbi?
Youssef Chraïbi’s name does not appear in the long thank-you message the former managing director posted on LinkedIn. A graduate of CELSA, she knows the meaning of words, and of omissions. One can therefore assume the working relationship between these two people with strong convictions was not smooth sailing. Before her appointment, Outsourcia had welcomed Arnaud Delattre as managing director, a position he held for almost two years. The group recently acquired SoMezzo and brought the company’s cofounder, Christophe Bouyssonnade, into its capital. It posted a little under €50 million in revenue in 2025, down, like many players in the sector, according to a study by EY for the SP2C.
